January - Core awarded three Michelin stars in the 2020 Michelin Guide for Great Britain & Ireland, making Clare the first and only British female chef to receive three stars in the UK and only the 4th British chef in history.

Clare appointed Global Chef Ambassador for the Bocuse d'Or UK team.

Clare named Honorary President of Bocuse d'Or Europe 2020, as well as a judge and mentor for S. Pellegrino Young Chef Grand Finale 2020
