Oncore by Clare Smyth was awarded three Hats by the Good Food Guide, making Clare the first ever female chef and only the second chef in history to hold both three Michelin Stars and three Hats at the same time.

January - Core awarded three Michelin stars in the 2020 Michelin Guide for Great Britain & Ireland, making Clare the first and only British female chef to receive three stars in the UK and only the 4th British chef in history.
